COOKING CLASSES TO CHOOSE FROM

VEGAN FRESH & VIBRANT

No nutrition talks just simple vegan cooking. We will make a snack, spread, soup, main dish and dessert. All recipes will come from my bank of delicious recipes which I have been creating for a long time. Simple food with raw recipes where minimum equipment is required. The kind of food that makes you feel fresh and healthy.

Duration: 2 hours, food included, €100

VEGAN DELICIOUS & NUTRITIOUS

Here we will make a snack, main dish and a dessert & concentrate on your dietary needs. These sessions are always plant-based (vegan/raw vegan) gluten, refined sugar, modified corn & soy free (these are some of the main allergens nowadays which create discomfort in your stomach).

We will be making simple and easy recipes from the ingredients that will provide your body with the abundance of goodness it needs, such as vital vitamins and minerals. Amazing ways to boost your immune system and have more energy. You will also receive a copy of the recipes covered in the workshop in the form of visual notes.

Duration: 3 hours, food included, €190

RAW VEGAN DELICIOUS & NUTRITIOUS

Here we will make a snack, main dish and a dessert. These sessions are always refined sugar, modified corn & soy free (these are some of the main allergens nowadays which create discomfort in your stomach).

We will be making simple and easy recipes from the ingredients that’ll provide your body with the abundance of goodness it needs, such as vital vitamins and minerals. Amazing ways to boost your immune system and have more energy.

Duration: 3 hours, food included, €160

VEGAN SWEET THINGS

In this workshop, we will concentrate on creating gluten and refined sugar-free desserts and cakes.  You will make 3 desserts: a lemon cheesecake, (chocolate or sesame) energy truffles & a mango n-ice cream using raw and quality ingredients.

You will also learn to make a healthy & refreshing lemonade so that you go back home with tons of inspiration to satisfy your sweet tooth feeding your body with numerous vitamins and minerals.

Duration: 3 hours, food included, €160

VEGAN EXTRAVEGANZA – make me a vegan in a day Daria

Here it will be more than a cooking experience. We’ll start the day with a nice organic herbal tea (or coffee) and you tell me about your taste likes and dislikes.

Then I’ll take you on a healthy shopping trip to buy fresh fruit and vegetables and other bits. We bring all the products back home and explore different ways to make delicious meals.

Here you’ll have a chance to create vegan alternatives to your favourite dishes. I will also show you how easy it is to create a vegan pantry.

Duration: 10am – 3pm, food included, €390

VEGAN FAMILY FUN

Do you feel like bringing some healthy and tasty dishes to your family table, have some fun in the kitchen, engaging your children & to start building awareness about food and where it comes from, starting from the early age?

Or perhaps you have children are sensitive eaters and ask you tricky questions about food and where it comes from. AND you don’t know how to swap the food and feel comfortable talking to them? Here I am to help vegspire you.

The classes can be tailored to your individual needs, such as your favourite tastes, intolerances, allergies, styles etc.  Please note that all my classes are plant-based (vegan/raw vegan). I can come to your place or you can learn in my home cooking studio.
